SuperStroke USA ships orders only within the United States in the Lower 48.

SuperStroke USA offers several shipping methods to meet your needs:
- UPS Ground: Delivers within 1-5 Business Days: Based on distance
Please note: Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We are so confident in our products that when you purchase by telephone or online we will guarantee full satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to SuperStroke USA for exchange or a full refund within (#) days of purchase (less shipping and handling).

SuperStroke USA will never sell, lease, rent or give your e-mail address to anyone else without your permission. We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor's contact information including but not limited to addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and financial information (account or credit card numbers).
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Users may opt-in to receive future mailings. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received at least (#) business hours after the order is placed and refunds are subject to a (Dollar Amount) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received by phone at (Phone) or by U.S. mail (Address). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made.
